Great customer service by the young lady up front. They got me with the fresh cookies that were being baked cause the smell was irresistible. We ordered the loaded bacon and ranch fries and a zaxbys snax pak. Tenders were fresh and so were the fries. The cookies were icing on the cake!

I dont understand why there is so many bad reviews about the food and customer service i ordered my food and go it 5 minutes later which is very short compared to a lot of fast foods that have indoor seating. The person did forget my cookies but when i asked them they immediately said sorry and gave me them and even gave me two free pieces of toast. My only complaint is that the fries could have been a little bit more cooked other then that absolutely pleasant experience

Pretty good place… Just it used to be better. The food is always good. It’s just last few times they have charged extra for things, but forget to give it to me. Even though I waited at the window for someone to come back they didn’t and I had to go as I was on a time limit. So you may want to make sure you have the time to wait if they forget something in your order. Also they used to put a lot of sauce on like the chicken tenders sandwich now you have to order extra as they barely put much on it now and the fries also used to be way better they still taste the same just most of them are soggy instead of crispy still one of the better fast food places but definitely not as good as before.

Second time getting an incomplete order this time missing sauce, and second side. Also seems the salad was small and with less chicken as well. Love the food but this location is too inconsistent and sadly the only other location is even farther away from Cape Coral. Oh and on this trip really slow drive thru both to order and getting my order (27 minutes total.)

Zaxby’s is one of the best chicken places around you get such great quantities at the cost and it’s always fairly quick for the quality of food you get. Their signature chicken sandwhich is 9/10 and their boneless wings are to die for. If you like funnel cake they have it available for dessert as well just as good as the fair but on a daily basis
