This has been the 3rd time I’ve gotten the wrong food and my order messed up. They want to raise the amount paid to employees and they can’t even get the orders done correctly. Managers think that it’s funny when you call them and complain about their bad service. Well no more for me thanks. Will not be returning to this place ever again. Not worth the effort and especially for the price. Don’t mind paying more if they would actually care about customer satisfaction.

Not sure what the breakdown is in the system but what used to be exemplary, reliable service, now has points of failure somewhere. It’s multiple times now that half of our order has been wrong at this location. And it’s always my little girl’s order (who can only eat the Gluten-free chicken) that we find is wrong upon opening the order in home. What’s going wrong here guys? Chick-fil-A is better than this. It’s unacceptable. Slow down. Listen. And triple check the orders before hand-off.

I am highly displeased at the quality of the food from this restaurant. In addition to the food being crafted carelessly, it was also old and cold, topped with dead lettuce, and matching bitter tomatoes. Not to mention, we had to suffer through eating dry chicken, as NO sauces were provided, although ordered with our three meals. This is by far my WORST experience EVER at Chick-Fil-A. If only ZERO stars were an option.
