My wonderful husband took me out for a mother’s day meal. Trevor was the only one of my boys able to join Brett had a injured back. I got surprised by Trevor and his beautiful girlfriend with my favorite flowers and my favorite color of shirt gifted with a beautiful card. My baby boys ain’t babies no more.

We went for the hibachi experience. However, even though there were several empty hibachi tables, they only had two chefs and the wait would be over an hour. We opted to sit in the dining room for regular service. Those that had sushi enjoyed their meal. I chose the steak/ chicken combo. It comes with soup and salad. I liked the salad with peanut sauce dressing. Some wanted Ranch which they didn’t have. The soup was bland. My steak was cooked as I requested but I actually thought both meats were tasteless. I don’t use a lot of sauces and usually don’t have to. They added 18 % gratuity to the bill since we were a party of 6 and 2 babies. That was fine with me. I usually tip at least 20% for good service. I would only go back if the hibachi tables were available.

The food was good, with good flavor and a decent selection, however, the soup was lukewarm, and the stir fried vegetables were undercooked. Additionally, our server forgot we were there and we waited 15 minutes for the ticket. He actually came up to us and said, “I’m sorry I forgot you were here. I was talking with some friends.”Lastly, some of the menu items are priced higher than what the menu states. It’s a good restaurant, but it doesn’t encourage me to hurry back with poor service, lukewarm food and inaccurate pricing.

The chef and waiter were very kind! The chef was funny and you could tell he loves his job! The was the first time I had been to a hibachi grill, as well as the first time I tried sushi. I was overall very happy with the experience!

Though short staffed the servers did an excellent job. I saw both servers hosting, waiting tables, answering phones, what looked like to go, running their own food, and cashing checks out. Unless you are talking to the manager it is never the fault of the employee that there aren’t more people working. People need to relax and not take their frustrations out on overworked front line service industry staff

Ok so Wasabi has gotten better with there overall atmosphere and food, but could still use a lot more display and change. To start the meal looked great and the service started out great, but went down from their. I found out that the roll looked like an 11 year old rolled it, (actually my 11 year old niece does it better lol) and the Crab Rangoon was pretty much hollow, dry, and chewy and same with the pot stickers, yuck! The Spicy Korean Pork got a lot better and the Spicy Crab Roll was really good. The rice got better also, no more squishy oatmeal texture. The place was clean when I came in, but after being here for a bit it’s clear they rely more on speed than clean. The price is a bit much at $17.48 for choice of two, but they don’t serve lunch Bento boxes on Saturday or Sunday so you’re going to be looking at that or higher. I like it, but still don’t love it. P.S. some of the servers straight up invaded my personal bubble to talk to there friends at the adjacent table to mine, not cool.

DO NOT EAT HERE! WARNING! DO NOT EAT HERE! I’ve never seen sushi so big, if you want a steak DO not come here! They cut up the steak and filet mignon! The only thing that was good was the customer service. Disgusting! Honestly! And if you do eat here please smell your food, egg rolls smelled like a old dish rag. I just can not. I would give them a 0 star.
