My 88 year old parents live with us – Mom has dementia. They moved here from Richmond, VA where they very much enjoyed Steak and Shake. We rarely venture out with both of them anymore – very difficult with both in wheelchairs, but today we tried it. The smiles on their faces was well worth the trip to get there. Ashley, the Manager was over the top in helping us, the food was hot and it was delivered to the table for us. It was an experience I haven’t received in a restaurant in a very long time. We ordered food to go for my husband, as well as some milkshakes. Ashley followed us to the car as I wheeled first Mom and then Dad to the car. We will be back! Thank you to Ashley and the rest of the crew for a truly enjoyable, memorable time at the Alamo Ranch Steak and Shake!

All self service now. And still asks for a tip on the machine. And I get a large fry and get this. So much for a large fry can fit in a small fry box. Paid extra for no reason. The shakes come out before the food and no way to ask for it later unless you stand back in line at the kiosk and put it in after you get your food. Really gone down hill

Is this $9.18 meal looks like. The hotdog look dryer than carton paper. And fries isn’t fully cooked. The meal looks so sad . This is the last visit for this restaurant . The worst dinner for I have ever seen in my life l, my kid didnt even going to touch it.

Seem very understaffed. First time here just a little after lunchtime place was packed and only 3 people working. Small place so fills up quickly and seemed very loud too. Seemed reasonably priced. Really slow to get food due to only two people working. Had to ask for the milkshake to get made. Hope the food was worth the wait.(25 minutes later)! Eh, wasnt the worst but have had better. I like thicker cut fries too. Tables weren’t cleaned chairs were dirty too.

One the best steak burgers I have ever had. I had the double cheese steak burger and it was awesome. Got a large order of fries to go with it too. I will definitely be coming back for more. Plenty of seating and they cook your food as soon as you finish ordering. Also, they are not expensive like some places are. Good prices

I would have given the service 1 star because the customer must enter the order and customer performs all service duties upon entering ( and they even ask for a tip! ) They got 2 stars because even after screwing up the order ( very clear on the receipt ) the Mgr asked to fix it. So 2 stars for offering.

I usually go here because the food is good cheap and comes out relatively quickly, the staff is sweet but I bit into my burger and there was a long hair in there. I just pulled it out and was like hm fine, mistakes happen. I took another bite…. THERE WAS ANOTHER HAIR IN THERE!!! I feel like it’s the bare minimum to wear a hair net when you’re working with food. I’d usually just call and tell them personally and not leave a bad review but i don’t know that they’ll actually be accountable for the hairs in my burger. So here you go
