This food trailer is located behind the Perfect Plain Brewery. Don’t let the photo of green trailer fool you, it’s actually red on all other sides if you view it from the street. It was very difficult to find this place, they need to make it more clear where they’re located! Park on a side road and you can walk through the fence to access this place. Food was quite good here. One negative about this place is that none of the seating areas were covered from rain – everything was wet so we ate in the car.

Best thing about this food truck is the brewery it resides in. Not many things we miss about CA but authentic Mexican is definitely on that short list. Ordered two sampler platters and asked for all three choices of meat. It took 45 minutes to make the 10 tacos and I’m pretty sure they had microwaved them. The tortilla was stale and chewy also all three meats were extremely dry.

Excellent tacos, especially the pastor! It’s a food truck/trailer in the courtyard of a brewery, cocktail bar and event space. It’s just one or two people in the truck, it can take a little while to get your order, although online ordering would probably have sped things up. Pretty loud in the courtyard with music blaring, but hey, it’s a bar, so that’s to be expected.

A wonderful addition to the back of Perfect Plain and the food truck scene downtown! Tacos and burritos are great quality. They have lengua! This is a second location of Tacos Mexicanos on 12th Ave. Pictured is a lengua burrito that has medium salsa drizzled on top.

These are by far the best tacos in Pensacola! I eat here often and the Taco Truck never disappoints! Their food has great flavor and they even have healthy options if you ever need it. Quesadilla, tacos, AWESOME Tacos (a must try), Burritos, Burrito Bowls, Wraps and amazing Chile con Queso.

The tacos are incredible! Didn’t realize the difference in the sampler and the street tacos was the number of tacos. I ordered one of each and it was the best decision, every last taco was delicious. I’m glad my mistake was rewarded.

Superb food! My mom went there once per my suggestion during our stay in Pensacola, then she brought me and my family, and then we went back again with other relatives. All within 5 days. Delicious!!!! Also the manager or the person that helped us everyday was excellent, great conversation, helping with deciding what to order etc. hidden gem for sure.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the vegetarian tacos here are stellar. If you ask nicely, they’ll combine black beans and grilled cauliflower (it’s usually one or the other), and if you add grilled onions and avocado — wow. Their in-house medium red sauce, with chipotle and arbol is really really good. Their soft corn tortillas are warm but still strong enough for the job. Get a freshly grilled whole jalapeno on the side and you’re set. OUTSTANDING!
