Poor service. Placed an order for delivery. Cheese bread,marinara,cookie brownie and 20 Oz coke. Delivery driver went to wrong address so I had to walk trough the woods to get my order in the dark. The driver didn’t have my complete order (missing 20 Oz coke and marinara). When I stated the items were missing, the drive told me I didn’t order them. I called the store and was told he would be bringing the missing items. 30 minutes later he shows up. All in all I had to wait a full hour to eat my meal which was cold by that time. I ordered pizza and wings this past Saturday. I received the pizza which was correct. Never sent wings that I paid for. Instead they sent a box of little breadsticks. Called as soon as I found out my order was wrong. The guy on the phone asked me if I wanted them to send them out or get a refund. I told him just to refund my money. 3 days later I still haven’t received the refund back to my card. Beware when you order food. This is the 2nd time order was wrong. And one time they delivered my food to someone else down the street.

Since moving to Blythewood a little over a year ago, this Domino’s location has been our go-to pizza place. We get pizza maybe once a month and it’s always been great! Thankfully we’ve never had any issues.

It took 1hour and 20 minutes for an order expected to take 31 minutes. Do you think my pizza was hot. That would be NO. So is it worth the trip from Blythewood? That would be NO. Hell it wasn’t worth the trip from Domino’s to my house, evidently. Will this experience ever happen again? That would be NO.

Every time I order from this location, it is nothing but problem after problem. It takes hours to receive nothing but cold and unwanted pizza. Today, I placed an order at 5:55PM. I did not receive that order until well past the 19-29 minute delivery window, I waited until 7:20PM for my order. I sent the pizza back with the driver, and someone claiming to be a manager called me at 7:27PM. He told me it would be 45 minutes on a hot pizza to be re-delivered. It is NOW 8:50PM and I have yet to receive my pizza. When I called back, he consistently misgendered me after I corrected him multiple times. He said “I was next” but it is DOUBLE the time it was originally given and a total of THREE HOURS LATER. This is absolutely ridiculous and a mismanaged store. If I was not going to get my pizza, I should’ve been contacted. This is nothing but a ghetto store with uncaring associates with less than zero customer service.

Placed an order for 5:00 and arrived 10 minutes early. They informed me they had to remake my pizza due to an accident and still had it ready by 5:00! Pizza was wonderful and the employees were fantastic to deal with today! I’d happily pick up there again!! Thank you for making this process easy.

If I could give this store a no star. One star is way to much. We ordered two medium pizza at 7pm for delivery. Called at 8pm and spoke to Allan who’s rude as hell. He said they had 5 tickets and it was going to take an additional 30 to 45 min. Called again at 9pm and Alan again rude as hell said as soon as we get a driver we will deliver.. worse service ever.

Order was supposed to take 20-30 minutes. Made the order at 11 pm on a Saturday. It is now just about 1 am and order still hasn’t arrived. Store not answering phone. Hope I can get a refund. Terrible service. Terrible store. Should lose their franchise rights.
