With over 20 years of experience working in various oriental restaurants, in April of 2003, we decided to open Hot Wok.
The vision for our family-owned establishment was simple to offer fresh and healthy dishes to our cus-tomers, in the same ways we serve our own families. This means our ingredients are delivered to us fresh; never canned. We select only white meat for our made-to-order dishes. Most items we prepare are reflections of our South-East Asian heritage, which in-clude authentic cuisines from regions such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.

Tried the chicken fried rice, but it was not traditional Chinese style. The rice was not fried, had large pieces of white meat chicken and no vegetables except shredded carrots. I’m guessing their specialty is actually Thai since that’s half their menu. Other items were good enough for a return trip.

My husband and I dined in at the restaurant this evening with our 2 youngest daughters. The lady that works at the register is so nice and pleasant. Our food was fresh, healthy, and so delicious. We could tell that their meats and veggies were high quality and that their sauces had clean ingredients. This will be our new go-to place for Asian take out and dine-in! Can’t wait to go back. The Thai Peanut dish is wonderful! Highly recommend.

Delightful restaurant. Great food, great service. The man up front was super nice and a joy. I got the garlic basil tofu and the vegetables were bright and plentiful, full of taste. Definitely recommend trying.

I’ve been a customer for years and perhaps they were having an off night, but this time around the food was not great. The batter on the general Tao was soggy and not well covered and overall the food lacked flavor.

I was eager to try this place since it was the only “Chinese ” food near me that was open at the time. The menu seemed promising but a limited menu for chinese. I ordered for myself and my husband. I got Singapore noodles to try something diffrent and my husband ordered general tsos chicken. The Singapore noodles were extremely sweet and looked nothing like their picture that showed bean sprouts,peanut, egg. The general tsos chicken came as orange chicken with a bit of brown color almost like they ran out of the sauce and replaced it with orange…it did however taste good. The worst was their “fried rice” looked and smelled like instant rice, very smushy and a displeasing yellow color to it..how is this fried rice? I am disappointed to say the least and will be ordering elsewhere.
