Sandwiches were not just soggy they were WET, the people working didn’t give good service, wrong drinks we told them we had ordered different drinks and the girl at the window said… well no on here it says coke… we said okay but that is not what we ordered back there, she was really snotty to my husband and it seemed the employees in the back were just goofing off. This place needs better training and management it seems.

I used to get there before and today went to get an order of the 3 chicks sandwich meal they said it only comes with 2 sandwich not 3 which not convenient also price was close to $10 when I used to pay $7 for the 3 sandwich meal. Also wanted to say staff are not good they are rude not friendly. also the chicken sandwich not as good as used to tastes also fries are not good either I ended up throwing the full order in the trash and wanted to complain.

their customer service number is disconnected… store will not refund ur money… placed an order through the Krystal’s App to find out the store was closed upon Arrival. Next Morning when trying to get my food, they refused and advised to just call customer service. One of the associates suggested making me my order, but the other associate said no they would not.

First, we went on a Saturday morning after 8 am. There seemed to be only two ladies working the whole place. One was an older lady who was slow and kept coughing while taking mine and my husband’s order. Second, we both ordered the three egg breakfast. The eggs and grits were drowning in butter and oil. This location used to be good but after this I would suggest a total makeover starting with better employees down to the look and cleanliness or shut it down. Corporate should do an episode of “Undercover Boss” on this location to see just how awful it has become.

This is a way better place to eat if you’re able to personally get food my wife and I have never had any positive outcomes using any type of food delivery services such as Doordash, UberEATS, etc. We have tried several times and every time there was an issue it was either food items were left off or the food was just unbelievably cold although it was just picked up from the location and dropped off literally 6 minutes down the road. So if you want a quality warm meal from this Krystal location please visit them personally it is definitely worth it.

The owner and franchise purchaser didn’t fail me you have no need to apologize although it’s much appreciated so I can give you a proper rating. My choice of 1* was due to the negligence of your workers to concerned with their personal matters to display the courtesy and respect every customer choosing to dine there deserves. I remember being talked to as if my order was a nuisance to them and being rushed to finish with my timed order and move for the next person I didn’t even bother taking my complete wrong cold order back if my time didn’t matter my complaint sure wouldn’t help me or the next customers so I fed it to the animals and went to DQv where they couldn’t have been more respectful. I would definitely check your employee resume as well as face to face interviews they ruined Krystal for me and I usually never let lifes stress bother me
