All the ladies were wonderful the gentleman too the staff from 1:00 to 5:00 everybody was amazing everything was precise everything I ordered I got in a timely manner it was a very helping serving of Nacho Grande Villa Grande nachos I will always come back every time I come to San Francisco they were so amazing I had to let everybody in the restaurant and outside about this restaurant it needs to stay there as long as it can they should Branch out and have more locations just like this one in the city of San Francisco or the surrounding areas if I could I would give them money for a raise

everything all around was absolutely terrible. my boyfriend and i ordered 2 boxes, and NOTHING we asked for came in the box. i asked for a baja blast and got diet baja blast instead. payed extra for grilled cheese burritos and didn’t even get grilled cheese burritos. $25 gone to waste.

For the second time in a row. This Taco Bell has messed up my dinner order. I asked for a power bowl which comes with chicken they forgot the chicken, added jalapeños, and extra cheese. Oh and they added a serving of plastic wrappers in the food. The rice tasted and felt like it was days old. My fiancé ask for jalapeños, they gave exactly five on her plate and gave me like 10 slices even when I didn’t ask for it. The pictures is me looking for the chicken and the plastic wrapping. Typically let this stuff slide because I just want to eat but today, it was the last problem I wanted to deal with. Order 999911 just in case management says I never ordered from them.

I went here at 1/20/2019 at 11 pm. Order $36 worth of food. Tacos were DISGUSTING—crushed, no lettuce, cold. The Night Manager Manny was extremely rude, and refused to give us our money back. Said that we were wrong and that we should talk to corporate. One of the WORST experiences ever! Do not eat here!

This restaurant is forgot items the last three visits there won’t be a fourth. Employees don’t pay attention and are obviously overworked they need to put one person for delivery and one person for inside one person can’t handle all of that and always forgets to put the items in the bag.

Firs time having Mexican food and WOW!!! Super yum-o. My ex Ducky recommended this place to me. I left smiling and satisfied. Had a lot of gas at night though and they really stank. My boyfriend said it smelled like I’d been eating out of a dumpster behind Burger King!!
