Friendly, wonderful staff. Biggbys is generously allowing Grand Valley Artists to display art, and I chose Parchment related photographs that I have taken. Thank you Biggbys and the staff at this Parchment Biggbys. I love Biggbys French Roast with half and half. Not fancy, but oh so good.

It’s cashiers were super nice when we came into order our drinks. Letting me use there rest room when i asked for the key. All of there store is kept super clean and tidy. Would stop by again for some coffee.

Had to wait in line for 20 minutes for 3 cars before work. When I got to the register, the cashier asks with my card in hand if I want to leave a tip and I said “Sure, $1”. I get a charge on my phone for a tip that was $2 more than I had said. Starbucks bound from now on.

Today wasn’t as good as normal. Everybody seemed to be in a bad mood like they didn’t want to be there. One of the drinks was wrong but they corrected it when we brought it back in. Otherwise, normally it’s an awesome place to go in! People are friendly and outgoing :-). And I’m glad they got the walk-in open again!
