Maybe it’s my Minnesota past but I do enjoy Caribou coffee. I prefer the Darker Roasts (Obsidian and Mahogany are my favorites). I also enjoy a Vanilla Latte. The app is great. Order ahead and pick up at the store. East and convenient. Caribou has a rewards program and specials for rewards members.

The lattes are pretty good but they are a bit more pricier then some other coffee shops. They are In a newly remodeled building. It looks like they did a good job. It is in a fairly nice part of town so no worries on the location. Employees were ok.

I really love the look of this new Caribou! It definitely is an improvement from the darker atmosphere of the majority of their other stores. It’s well lit and the pictures on the walls were making me feel like I was in the Black Hills – pretty cool.

My issue is service. When I order a bagel toasted with cream cheese, I want the cream cheese on the bagel. You gave me a tiny cup to spread it in by myself while in my car driving. Do you know how annoying that is??!! I’m paying for the service not just the food at the prices you’re charging!

12pm stopped in for a cup of hot coffee drive through , coffee was cold , talked to them they said it would take 10 minutes to brew another pot , less the 3 minutes later they gave me another cup that seemed to be the same thing just heated up slightly , then decided to go and post a review of my experience here on google

. **** They posted asking me to contact them and i did and they did not respond at all*** Sunday Morning 8AM – ish Ordered my coffee and sandwich. Got to the window and was told ” cannot take cash” Despite having exact change . Was told no access to safe. Could not hang on to my 14 dollars and 31 cents? Really? Starbucks took my cash. No problem. Oddly enough were 2.00 Cheaper. Learned a lot this AM.
