I was so disappointed with their service that I will not go back, good luck to whoever go there. Or should I say I was discriminated because the person who referred me there had a great experience. Since we walked in we ask to sit outside, it was a beautiful afternoon, she looked at us like we had 4 eyes in our forehead, the table wasn’t clean so I asked to moved to another table, she wasn’t too happy so we just move ourselves. Seated there for a good 20-25 minutes before the bartender came and asked if we are being served ( obviously not), so she offered a complimentary drink (so kind of her) yet no server no menu nothing going about 45 min, I said to my husband let’s go elsewhere we already spend almost an hour no service. Shorten the story, finally got a menu place our order, waited infinity before served, despite no bread for us while the couple that came after us got well served. Time for the check , time was passing I had to got up and ask what was going, find the manager called the server, he had the nerve to say “we are short in staff” , the manager said “no we’re not “ as a manager showed no concern, just offer us 2 shots of tequila (REALLY , no thank you).

Came for dinner on a beautiful Friday night. The bartender Cheryl and the server Mari were both phenomenal. They are precise and extremely knowledgeable on the restaurant. They treated me with respect and kindness and I enjoyed my visit. I will be back and I thank them both so much!

Had the most amazing dinner. My husband took me here to celebrate my Birthday and our Anniversary. The staff were pleasantly friendly and sweet. My husband had Shrimp Cocktail as an appetizer and they were large and fresh. We did the meal that is preset so we got appetizers, dinner and dessert for a great price. This place has Great Atmosphere can’t wait to return and have many other occasions to celebrate.

I stopped in for a celebratory dinner after my wife gave birth to a beautiful girl just up the street in Greenwich hospital. The NY Strip was one of the best I had in a long time. Service was excellent and the Host Mike was warm and welcoming.

Had a wonderful meal at Blackstone to celebrate our anniversary. Our server, Erges, was excellent and made the meal very enjoyable. The only suggestion is that you don’t need TVs at the bar for such a nice place. Found this at a number of higher end restaurants in Greenwich.

This place was awesome!!! The people were nice. Service was amazing. My steak was freaking delicious it was also delicious two days later when I took it out the fridge And ate it with my steak and eggs without the eggs. Give credit to the service because my friend is annoying and kept calling them over over and over I was feeling bad but they were nice there is a man there named B but his name should be X. He took great care of us highly recommend this to everyone. B will make sure you have a great time

Dined at Blackstones on 6/18/22 and Erges was our waiter. We had an awesome experience! The staff was attentive and the food was exquisite. My fiancé and I started with the tuna tartar and caprese salad which were both fresh and delicious. We had a tomahawk ribeye for 2 which was cooked perfectly and our sides (garlic mashed and sautéed spinach) were great as well. 10/10 and definitely will be back!
