I was in town and needed a quick bite to eat. I was going to go to the much superior fast food chain, Culver’s, which was just across the street, however it appeared they had a wait of probably 20 minutes. I went to Jimmie John’s instead. There was only one car in the parking lot. I parked in the section that had no parking lines so I parked facing the building, opposite of the lines were they actually painted there, they weren’t. I continue inside with my brother, we were the only customers, plus the three employees inside. We were immediately met by a manager? Never the less, she took it upon herself to mention the parking job I had done. I thought it was a joke so I rolled with it and stated it was the more convenient parking spot and that there were no lines. She then stated, in a passive aggressive tone that there were in fact lines. There in fact were no lines, leaving it up for the customer to park how they chose. She also quipped a quick line about me being lazy. She then made a second passive aggressive comment stating that it was her parking lot. I hardly doubt this, but I’m not here to get into that. We ordered our food, which was made at a mediocre pace, not the “freaky fast” that I had been promised by the signs and the employees T-shirt. As we were leaving, the manager stated, and I quote that “she has to keep her customers in line.” My brother reminded her that we are her only customers and we could have easily waited 20 minutes for a superior food across the street. I explained to her that I would leave a review. Maybe a change in management?..or whatever she is. However, I recognize that workers are in short supply so I would settle for paid for sandwich given to me, at the superior location just north of town.

I love ordering for here while I’m at work very convenient. My only issue is when I get my food occasionally something is missing or they forgot something. Which is no big deal most of the time. Then y’all circle on my receipt the tip part and how the delivery fee doesn’t goto the driver. If you want your tip wait for me instead of circling it. Makes me not want to order from here just for that.

Its fast! However, I think there is enough salt and preservatives to kill a person. All joking aside, I’ve noticed when I eat here I get a lot of phlegm (I know, gross!) And my throat feels swollen. I was recently tested for food allergies and I have none. There’s something in Jimmy John’s that just makes my body feel strange. It tastes good that’s for sure!
