There sandwiches are kinda pricey but you get what you pay for everything is fresh and if even even remotely looks bad it gets tossed. I recommend the tuna club though remind then to make sure to spread the tuna on the whole sandwich sometimes its mostly stuck to the middle still good though lol haven’t had a bad sammich yet

I ordered a sandwich from them using their website for pickup. The sandwich was delicious and exactly how I ordered it. The employees were polite and fast. I would order from this location again in the future. The Beach Club with bacon added is the best!

I have eaten atJimmyJohns for yrs. First in San Diego CA and now in Longview. My husband and I like their sandwiches very much. Always freshen and high quality, veggies, meat and bread. I even got their sandwich platter for a club meeting last mo. and that to was excellent.

I ordered online. The tracker never updated to Ready for Pickup. When I called to cancel my order, I was told it was sitting there, ready to pick up. (Nice! A soggy sandwich too late for dinner.) I was offered the excuse of the system not taking care of that last step, but, typically, no apology. Interestingly, when I got home I noticed the tracker updated at the same time that I called. I think I’m done with this place and their flimsy excuses. Someone needs to do some training at this location.

The guy who took my order asking me to repeat my order. He was wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt with is not food-handler friendly, eating a brownie, wearing a hat and had a longer beard. Overheard unprofessional conversation. Not a great experience.

This place is Usually speedy friendly and delicious that was not the case today I came in about 5:30 ordered 2 giant sandwiches I was the only customer there were 3 employees behind the counter it took over 32 minutes for them to make my 2 sandwiches not only did they take forever doing it They were completely made wrong And the gentleman working behind the counter with his Gray sweater was letting it drag through the Buns and sandwiches on the counter I ended up just throwing away my lunch that I spent over $40 on Unfortunately the new employees Aren’t very sanitary And they would rather talk and drag their feet than produce an order definitely not coming back
