I love penn station, i always get the chicken cordon bleu, but unfortunately there is one or two girls that when they are on the grill my sandwich looks awful three times now I’ve gotten it and they were on grill that It looks like it was chewed up and then put on my sandwich. I literally eat here everyday if not every other day, makes me want to avoid this location and travel all the way to the etown location just to get a decent sandwich.

This was my go to store until a few nights ago. I ordered a sandwich and some fries. While I waited I noticed that the three employees working were periodically looking at me. Almost as if they were checking to see if I was looking or watching them. So I continued to watch. When my sandwich was wrapped and put Into the bag. As the guy working the fry area put my fries into the bag he leans his head towards the open bag and makes a short blowing/spitting motion into the bag. When I asked wth he thought he was doing he just looks at me dumbfounded and offers no explanation. I was rather passed at this point. All of a sudden a female employee stood I. Front of me as if to to block me from getting to the fry guy. She then told me to step back or she would spit in my face .

Just stopped to get one (1) sandwich. There was one person there when I walked in. I stood there waiting for the two (2) that was working there, one young man putting in work on the grill and dealt with the other individual @ 4:30 pm on Monday 20 February. She had ZERO customer service, and would not make my order after being asked about it. Love Penn Station but, you could do without this individual.
