One star because the service was great. One star because the crust was really good it was the only thing I enjoyed! The pizza wasn’t great at all the sauce tasted murky I didn’t taste any tomato at all or seasoning. The cheese didn’t taste like mozzarella, maybe they use a blended cheese shred but it not taste like full mozzarella to me. Granted it was my first time and sometimes I give a second chance I will return to try the cheesesteak!

Food was pretty good. The lady who answered the phone and at register for pick up was not friendly at all. Smart remarks and very rude/disrespectful attitude. Maybe she was stressed with it being so busy back to back on a Friday night however that’s something that should not be taken out with rudeness to a customer and with their child coming to eat for first time there. For that I make it a point to not come back. There was another lady that works there who witnessed the rudeness and apologized to me and took over check-out. She was nice so that’s why I give 2 stars.

I didn’t order the pizza so I can’t review that – but this was subpar Italian food that was too expensive for what it was. The pasta was swimming in pasta water, the sauce was thinner than your grandma’s nightshirt. The chicken parm felt like it was a day old and reheated. I wouldn’t it here again.

Delicious pizza, super fast. We ordered a pie and walked out with it within seven minutes. This was fully appreciated because we were famished and needed to get home to eat. Bella Italia offers more than just pizza with calzones, sandwiches, cheesesteaks, salads, and Stromboli on the menu.

Even though our office is less than 2 blocks away, the pizza was delivered cold like it was cooked earlier in the day. When I called and asked why, the person who answered said it came out of the oven at 12:25. We got the delivery at 12:37 and the pizza was cold. No way a pizza can go from hot to cold in 12 minutes… We are a large company that hosts lots of events in out office. We will have to rethink ordering from Bella Italia again…

Only use cash at this place! I made the mistake of paying with my credit card and the total was around $47. A couple days later, I check my statements and the total charge from this place is $50.22! These people will smile in your face and steal from you like it’s nothing. BEWARE

Wow, ordered slice of pepperoni that was so delicious that I went back to get another to take home. I actually didn’t finish my 1st slice. The portion is 2 in 1 so I cut it in 1/2. Basically 2 slices = 4 portions.
