I got here at 4:58pm placed my order watched the guy next to me’s girlfriend come out and visit and it’s 5:28 and I’m still here. I finally got my food at 5:31. It was cold and then I had to drive home. I’ve always liked this sonic, but if you’re at work be professional I would think. Don’t let people’s food set in there and get cold. That’s not right. We paid for that.

My daughters chicken strips were very old, and dry. Couldn’t even break them into pieces for her so it went in the trash. That’s my only complaint honestly, every other experience has always been great! I love the workers at this location – just the quality of food could be a lot better & quicker service but I understand having enough carhops is hard to come by also! Don’t let my one mishap deter you from going, this is still a good spot to grab food in our area!!

We were on our way back home and decided to get a soda and the kids a slushie. I love to order in the app, it’s usually ready when you get there. Unfortunately, we waited over ten minutes for our items as we had to watch One young man running back and forth. He took payments from the drive-thru side, he ran food to the parking side, delivered food to the drive-thru side… etc, etc. He looked tired yet when he brought us our items, he had a smile on his face and was very courteous. Our order was correct and delicious as it is 95% of the time at any Sonic. Somebody in Mammoth Springs, MO needs to give this kid a little extra money, a week paid off and someone to help him at this location.

My gosh, I have been going to sonic for as long as I can remember and it never fails that maybe 6 or 7 outta 10 times I go they get my order correct. I absolutely love to order a 44 cherry limeade easy limes easy ice and extra cherry flavor. Well, I use to drink plain dp or still drink root bear, but each place there ice makes ur drink taste different. I recently moved to Thayer and was so impressed at how fast my 3 drinks I ordered came out. Well, idk if u guys know this or not but everytime u open the app u never know if u can order through it or not. Well, I was told that the local sonic didn’t have nothing to do with that. It was whoever but certainly not the local sonic. Okay. So the last few days no app no app. Then finally I called cause I’m disabled and recieve very small check and I told them I didn’t know if something was wrong cause mind u it had been going on for days and that was unusual but there was other sonics open. So I called and got told they had the app turned off. After talking and asking if they would honor the half price and them telling me no. They are fixing to close do to weather. I asked if I could quickly come by cause I was maybe 2 minutes away she hung up on me. I love this place. I know I get awful drink but when I get a good 1 it’s great but to be treated like this when I come in almost daily is uncalled for. And then u leave reviews and never do u get an apology or anything. Places that care will communicate with you.
