I finally got to try Happy Jacks and I didn’t realize how tiny the restaurant was and was asked to move out of seats due to customers needing to sit there since we were ordering our food to go. It was uncomfortable for us and probably the people sitting a couple inches in from of us. The burgers were good but I asked for change so I can give a tip the lady just gave me fives so I guess it was a Five dollar tip for two burgers , maybe no ones but since not much customers service was there I just was trying to be nice. But no I wouldn’t eat there again

Delicious . Best burgers and the Jack’s potatoes are great. Homemade pie with flaky crust. Melts in your mouth. But be prepared because they only accept cash in $20 or lower for payment.

Place was recommended by a friend and just a FYI it is a cash only restaurant. We ordered a Holy special burger and a bacon burger with the jack potatoes. Everything was Delicious no complaints. Staff was friendly and fast, wait wasn’t long at all. Definitely will return. We predicted we would spend 40 bucks before arriving, our total came to 39 so right on the money. I would recommended trying Happy jacks out!!!

This is my all time favorite place to get burgers, I usually get a bacon Ortega burger with a side of the country potatoes and a pie to top it off and I’ve never been disappointed in the 13 years I’ve been going. Sooooooo good.

I grew up eating Happy Jack’s Ortega cheeseburgers and their delicious peanut butter pie. Visited again today. Our waitress Ruth has worked there 27 years. The regular chef Rueben was not there but his cousin did a terrific job. No fries or cokes but who needs them at a place called Happy Jack’s Pie and Burger.

Good chili size though it was the chili with beans style. The Rudy pie was extremely good, the pb flavor actually stands out. The service was fantastic as it’s a very hometown/family vibe from all the servers. The only down side is they only take cash or Venmo(even Venmo they’re on the fence about). I understand the costs of using credit cards but it’s just a necessity in the modern world now. The ATM I withdrew money from at the local liquor store charged 8$ (it says 2.50 or so but then your bank has its own fees)… not doing that again.
