Had the bacon chicken ranch. It was an absolutely outstanding sandwich. Met the owner and chatted for a bit, great guy. Can’t wait to go back and try something else. This is the best sandwich shop in the Springs for sure. Do yourself a favor and grab a bite here.

I came for the Pastrami- they were out, I settled for a cheese steak – The best I’ve had here in the Springs- Yes I am a east coast guy- They do grinders right, and they treat customers like neighborhood family – I will be back for that pastrami Sammi

Good sandwich but slow, dine-in service, messy dining area, and over priced!

First time here, tried the Mikey. Definitely one of the better sandwiches I’ve had in the Springs. Nice and fresh, good and hot. The employees were all very nice. Been meaning to try, glad I did. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is its a tad pricey but you certainly get a quality product. Also, unfortunately no fountain drinks it’s in cans and bottles. I also feel like they should do hand cut to order fries. That would really tie the sandwich together. :

This place is really good, we came here on our lunch break. It did take a little bit to get our sandwich but it was so worth it. The sandwiches were great and the guy at the counter was very nice and friendly.

Based on one and only trip we will make there. I got the Italian sub and my husband got the pastrami and Swiss sammy. Both had very dry bread, mine was especially hard to chew on it was making me gag, and the meat and veggie portion was pathetic. Husband had pretty much the same complaints. I mean it was ok, but for $30 for 2 sad sandwiches, it was definitely not worth it in our opinion.

WOW! Just wow….this place will not disappoint. My husband gets Reubens a lot and he said this was the best! I got the Kaity and it was great. REAL turkey breast….not that cheap chopped and formed stuff. Ingredients are of top quality and are not skimped on. The owner was super friendly and even brought us out a sample of the pulled pork, as I was contemplating it. It was amazing. We will be back for sure.

I thought I would try Grinder Sandwich Company on a lunch break and what happy fortune to stumble onto this veteran and family owned place. The owner is super cool and laid-back even though he was working solo so his kid could spend time with a friend. I asked him for a recommendation on what to get and he hooked me up! Perfectly toasted sourdough loaded with fresh crisp veggies and slabs of turkey they smoked themselves. Yeah they smoke all of their meat themselves. I can say without a doubt I just had one of the best sandwiches of my life fifteen minutes ago and I will be back to try everything else.

The most amazing sandwich shop in Colorado Springs! Heck Colorado! The owner is very patronage about what he does and you can taste it in the food! The customer service was outstanding the Philly cheesesteak was to die for! I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the beautiful sandwiches but I scarfed it down so fast because of how good it was!
