When my wife and I walked in, we were greeted by being yelled at that the systems were down and that they were only taking online orders. So I pulled up the app and placed an order. Within 2-3 minutes, they were taking the customer that came in after us like normal at the front. No explanation was given to us and another family who walked in before us. At least 4 people who came in after us received their food before our online order was completed.

Rude employees, filthy establishment. The woman doing my order rudely kept repeating if I wanted a certain item over and over, rapidly and with an attitude, even though I wanted other stuff on my burrito before that item. The ONLY reason this even got two stars was because the lady at checkout was very nice. Since apparently the woman doin fly order was annoyed that I wanted to order food the way I wanted it, I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

We had 3 veggie burritos, in one we found a big hunk of steak. Despite the fact none of us had meat in our orders there was so random hunk rolled up. That’s cross contamination. Why is a chunk of someone else’s order in my order. How old was that?!? How unclean is your kitchen if I’m getting random hinks of meat?! Not safe for food allergies. Very dangerous.

I usually eat at a different location & always get the exact same bowl but always get a different price. Even so I’ll stick to the regular location I frequent the food portions, taste, & service is worth the 10 mile ride vs. The 1.2 mile location around the corner from my home. 1st & last visit to this location.

I’ve used this location a couple of times for catering lunches. It’s been a great experience. The order is always ready on time. I also needed to add to the orders at pickup and they quickly accommodated me. Great service. Great tasting food! Burritos by the box is an easy way to cater a group.

I ordered the chicken bowl & I’m very disappointed. The portion size was small. A little of everything,but rice & beans. Hardly,any meat. Unfortunately, the meal was trash. Something taste spoiled/sour. I got a second opinion from someone,w/o mentioning how I felt about it. My partner said something taste spoiled/sour. So I just tossed it out. The staffed was pleasant, restaurant was clean & no long wait. My first visit & probably my last.

Had me waiting while they congregated about plans for their weekend. I waited for 15 minutes after I checked watch. Sad service for the day. Food was great as always. But attitude because I’m frustrated because you guys dropped the ball is unexceptable. 1 bad experience out of 10plus.

This chipotle sucks, constantly out of things, messing up orders, and always closing early or requiring pick up only and locking the doors. 20 dollars a person and they cant even adhere to the scheduled hours. Theres been more than 5 times we have showed up and they are closing early for no reason and no notice. They dont close till 11 and yet at 9 oclock they are refusing orders?
