20230329 My dog loves Bojangles. Stopped here tonight to pick her up some dinner. The lady at the drive thru was very polite. I love going to Bojangles, 99% of the employees I encountered, and I have been to many Bojangles in VA, TB, SC, NC… they are all so nice and polite. Thank you!!

This location consistently provide you with food that’s several hours old has no taste gives you heartburn and if you ask for sweet tea you’ll get unsweetened because they don’t wanna make any sweet tea ! Pass this location try the next one it might be better!

This is the worst chicken place I have ever been . I m from Texas and was visiting family. My wife wanted some chicken so we decided to stop t this place. We order the #14 and I have to say ,we where soooo disappointed when we saws inside the box. The price for the food we got was really bad . The chicken was sooo dry and small it look like we where eating the the baby’s chicken instead of mom or papa. Never again will we stop in this place. I really don’t know how this place had a 4 star rating. Believe me it was soooo bad we end up throwing it away and buying something somewhere else. I rate this place a ZERO

Absolutely the worst Bojangles experience I’ve ever had! To start off the man at the window dropped the drink into the car and all he had to say was “you need napkins”. Then asked if we need ketchup to which we said yes. Instead of handing us the ketchup he pulls his pants up all the way right in front of us. Throws it in the bag and gives it to us, also we were not handed straws we had to ask for them to be put in the bag. But what really upsets me is 15$ spent of 2 wrong drinks! Not the drinks we ordered at all! And the soda we did get was just carbonation no flavor. The biscuits were basically jus flower no butter, so dry, and it fell apart. The chicken is cold, and worst of all there is small black dots on the biscuit as if it was dropped on the floor and still sold anyways! If I could give the Bojangles on Kingston Pike a negative star rating I would.

Horrible experience!!! I visit this Bojangles 3 to 4 times a week or at least I did. According to an employee there they don’t need customers. It started with another wrong order at lunch today. A few weeks ago the same thing happened but I didn’t do anything about it. I was already back to work and didn’t have time to go back up there. Today, I made time to go back as my order was totally wrong. I drove back to the store and went inside to express my displeasure with their service. A lady came up to the counter to see what I needed. I explained to her what happened so she grabbed my box with the wrong order, threw another piece of chicken in there, and gave it back to me. I told her the sides were wrong also. She grabbed the box back and changed out the sides and said to me, anyone can make a mistake. I said yes but this happens often and someone should pay more attention. She then started to laugh at me as I started to leave. I told her that she was going to loose a customer and started to walk out. I could still here her laughing so I turned around and told her to just keep laughing so she laughed louder while clapping her hands. This will be the last time I will ever go to that Bojangles. Over the past few years I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location but the employee’s apparently don’t need customers. I told the lady she was going to lose a customer and she could care less. Whatever you do do not visit this location. The chances of you getting what you order or getting good customer service is very low.

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 number 13s (leg and 2 thighs) and received 2 Chicken tender meals. I would have liked to eaten what I ordered and paid for. If they (employees) weren’t locking each other out and playing childish games maybe they’d be able to provide adequate service.
