Sadly I have to leave a bad review to my ppl. I was so excited to try this place since i haven’t had pupusas in a few months and the reviews were good but This pupusas are not good, I understand is difficult to get to taste original Salvadoran pupusas out of El Salvador, but I have try way better places here in Nj, I ordered many flavors to try them and any of them convinced me. I grew up eating pupusas so I know how they should taste and in this place the chicharrón is yellow tasteless must likely is made of chicken chicharrón and not pork as it should be, barely stuffed and not cheesy at all. They have baleadas (which is not Salvadoran at all). The only good thing were the friend plantains. It really bothers me to find bad pupusas like this ones because when the ppl that never tried them before come eat here would never want to eat them again.

The food is excellent, which is why I’m giving this two-stars. It’s also why I’m mentioning the good food at the start, for anyone reading this. With that said, the service is garbage. I was there last night, and legit sat there for THIRTY MINUTES with my wallet and credit card out, waiting to cash out. My plates were done, and I’d even stacked them; my beer was empty; yet not once, for THIRTY MINUTES, did anyone come to clear them, offer me a drink, or ask if I was ready to cash out. This is why I had my wallet and credit card out, to make it more obvious.

I usually go to my go to spot but they have gotten cheap with their meat and vegetables, not to mention rude . I ordered through ordered UBER EATS sopa de res and this by far is one of the best soups I’ve ever had! This is the soup my mom makes, the soup I have in El Salvador . It was fresh and and good. Also, not bad for the pocket!
