11 AM on the Saturday of 08/26. Horrible experience I drove 30 minutes to spend the day with my fiancés family since he is away for the military and his family is not well with him being gone again for so long again. I get here and off the bat have a tough time ordering just one donut everything else is fine the quality wasn’t great but it was no issues ordering. The fat little lady handing me my food handed me the wrong donut twice and when she finally got it right she was being very aggressive with my food for them not being able to get me what I ordered. They can remember my face all they want I won’t be coming back.

So stoked they’re back open after the remodel….which looks incredible. This is the only Dunkin’ I’ve ever gone to that consistently gets my coffee order correct. Plus, it’s always waiting for me when I come in to pick it up after ordering online. The ladies working the morning shift are the best. This is a top tier fast food/coffee establishment, especially when compared to all the dumps on Battlefield Parkway.

If I could give less stars I would! Ordered 2 plan bagels with cream cheese and after taking my money and waiting 20mins they tell me they were out of however , I could clearly see them on display ..then they proceeded to hold my bagel directly over the full trash can, I left without my food or refund… WOULD FIND ANYWHERE ELSE!

My husband and I went in there to buy some doughnuts and we stood there about 10 minutes not one person said hello or I’ll be with you in just a minute or even tried to wait on us so we went to food City and got our donuts which where just as good and cheaper, I would not recommend going back in there better go through the drive-through because apparently that’s all they cared about , I wasn’t the only one some gentleman in front of me couldn’t even get his to-go order that he called in.
