We were trying to give Church’s a chance after not returning for several years. Tonight was a reminder of that decision. Our chicken was cold, tasted like it had sat there all day, my okra was half filled with crust from other fried items and the fries were cold. Nope! Never again.

Placed a pick up order and they forgot half the order coleslaw, biscuits it was to late by the time we noticed when we got home. They need help management wise because this place has been going down hill for a couple of years now. They never have menu items either it’s this generation, work ethic or total disregard for the supply and demand to the customers.

Not sure who’s fault this lies on, but everytime a go to churches for spicy chicken it’s either a wait or they are completely out? I got to churches for the spicy. I guess a lot of others do to. Would you not make more ahead or order more ahead. I don’t go for this reason. As for store it seemed fine. Got a huge order and family liked it.

Chicken was fresh & hot i had limited choices since they ran out of a lot of the items I was going to order, they didn’t have Mac and cheese, chicken tenders or biscuits. They didn’t bother you ask us if we’d like to wait to cook any of those items either, but the16pc chicken bucket, 1 gallon of sweet tea and 2 large mashed potatoes, and fries were really good& worth $35.00. kinda wish I’d ordered an extra mashed potatoes & gravy it was so good!

Went thru drive thru the evening we went the person working the window was among the worst I’ve ever experienced. He was not interested in assuring our order was correct provided no utensils even after 2nd request. Lids were not even secured on our side items and were placed in bags recklessly causing all of them to spill. We always like the chicken here but will not be stopping at this location again! Attempted to call after we left however the unprofessional response lead me to making this review. I have reviewed many business this one is bottom of my review list and one of the very rare bad reviews I’ve given. Management should take a serious look at this location and the level of service or lack thereof.
