Not sure if they use a different brand of coffee or inexperienced baristas. It’s not good. I once came back because my velvet ice drink was gritty and had ice chunks. They told me to wait until they called the owner to see if they can remake it. I sat there for 10-15 mins. That was a first for me. I ordered egg bites and I was nauseous and vomiting. One too many tries and every time is a horrible experience. The inside makes you feel like they rushed to open this location not really a coffee shop vibe. If you are looking for a place to maybe sit and read or do a little work while enjoying coffee in a different scenery, this isn’t it.

I was HIGHLY disappointed when I interviewed for a position here. I had to wait outside for approximately 20 minutes for someone to even arrive with a key to open the store and for me to be interviewed. Kids throwing tennis balls at the glass windows, no AC hooked up yet at that time, no electricity, there was no tables to even sit at for a proper interview. I was even more disappointed when I found out since it is “family owned” all the managers had pretty much been chosen beforehand and my position wouldn’t have even been paid 8.00 an hour to be making coffee and doing all the hard work PLUS sharing any tips I would have made with other coworkers with that little pay while the “managers” just sat down on laptops. Granted this is a local town but I’m 27 and could have worked full time day and night with no responsibilities and have worked MUCH BIGGER JOBS than a coffee shop and after taxes I wouldn’t have had much of a paycheck. I was offered the position but had stated I had a family trip out of state the week of “mandatory” training even though I was one of the first to complete and finish all of the online training and easily could have been trained on the job by a manager and not corporate had they also taken the bronze bean courses and passed like every employee was supposed to do and knew how to make the drinks. I even had a “manager” look at me and rudely tell me “she was lucky enough to never work a server job so she doesn’t know what that’s like” Some of us aren’t so privileged. I’m glad I ended up passing on working here with that kind of pay, stuck up family member managers chosen, and a inadequate, messy interview.
