Coffee is all I go to DD for anymore. Little by little the donuts that drew me to the franchise in the first place have been discontinued , it started out with certain locations I suppose due to shared or condensed locations like on the hwy or malls ..so I would sometimes drive 30 to 40 miles one way to the locations that carried the particular donuts I liked ..eventually all stores dropped my favorite and DD was the only donut shop that ever carried it..now gone forever ( whipped light chocolate mousse filled donuts with powder sugar coating) then they stopped selling French creullers . I have no attraction to eat pink or purple or white or orange frosting. Or generic trendy stale donuts ..its just not the same …but I do like the Coffee 🙂

The best service happens in the early morning. Any other time they get the orders wrong and they are out of things all the time. I can’t tell you how many time I ordered avocado toast with roasted tomato and gotten the avocado and bacon sandwich. The bacon is limp and tastes on the sandwich.

I placed a mobile order. I was handed my food and he said I’ll be right back with your drink. The coffee he gave me tasted like it was leftover from the night before, heated up, put in the toilet, reheated again, dumped on the floor and squeeged into a cup. Totally disgusting. Don’t go here.

May 2023: this is our second Sunday visit before 11 am in two weeks. Almost every donut gone. No munchkins for the kids, again. How can a place be so consistently bad? We left again without a purchase, just a story to tell. Horrible! To improve, I would terminate the current manager and district manager if this franchise has one. The owners clearly do not care about profits, but the public deserves better. Off to Fojo Beans for coffee and breakfast. 2022: Waited inside. Waited. Waited. No service. Hardly any stock on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. Left without purchase. Consistent terrible service at this location. Not the first time leaving without a purchase. Aigust 2021. Some continued issues here. Service is hit or miss, and more often miss. We’ve actually left the lobby before because the handful of obnoxious employees in the back screwing around never acknowledged us. Once at the drive thru we received the wrong order. Service is terrible and it seems proper management is lacking. Very unprofessional. You have to exit via the entrance (accident waiting to happen) because you cannot drive around the building unless you are in the drive thru. This is also the fault of the village and county.

Always out of a variety of donuts/drinks everytime i order. Gotten to the point where I say,” just tell me what donuts you have left” because my 4 choices are gone by 7:30am. This happens multiple times a week. This morning they were out of eggs and wanted to give me a bacon,egg,cheese wrap with no egg at full price. Going to have to stop elsewhere because there’s nothing convienet about stopping here.

The Storm King

Went on a Sunday to get breakfast with the homies and we were informed that they had absolutely no bread ie. beagles, English muffins, ect. After waiting in the drive through line for 30 minutes we were informed of this on the Intercom. Had we known this before hand we would have went somewhere else. This is completely unprofessional and at the least a sign should have been put out to inform other customers of the ongoing issue.
