The service at this Arby’s was awesome. Everyone was super friendly. We had a rather large order and they kept communication very clear about what items we were waiting on. The lobby was also very clean. It’s hard for any fast-food place to stand out, but this one did! Seriously, much praise to the lunch group that was working on 7/20/23.

Fries cold. I asked for crinkle and got half curly. Roast beef was just above room temperature. Didn’t even melt slice o cheese on the sandwich. Never eat at this location again. Not the first time I’ve had poor food quality here.

The people who were working were like fine oiled machines. They were getting the orders out in an exceptionally fast fast when compared to other fast food chains. Kudos to them for a job well done. Periodically, we drive from Minnesota to Green Bay. They are on the short list to stop there. We stopped there both ways we went this time, and an additional plus was that the men’s and women’s restrooms were really clean.

Out of so many menu items.4 items say Sold out on board. Wanted to try new fish sticks out of coarse. Tried new Prime Rib cheese steak. Bun and peppers more like it. Fries were mixed curly and straight to fill the order.

Terrible service. They took our order, messed up on the fries (we requested crinkle, not curly) then they told us to pull ahead and they would bring out our food and drinks (we were the only ones in the drive thru) no one came for 10 minutes so we backed up to the window and the kid said their head sets weren’t working even though we already ordered and paid. 1/2 lb roast beef was same size as regular, chicken sandwich was a sloppy mess, no napkins in our bag.

This is the third time at this property. Multiple issues, never seams to get any better. It’s a shame. First check your order before you leave. How do you screw up a Beef N Cheddar? Check your fries, most likely are going to be shoe leather. And lastly customer service, I know no one wants to work anymore but basic customer service should be easy. Must have bothered them while on there phones. Then you try to talk to a supervisor and the kids don’t seam to care as much as the employees.
