This chain usually runs like a well oiled machine but not this one today. The front end, ordering and burger making was spot on. The back end fry guy had no clue or was a new employee. Burgers were finished about 15 minutes before fries. There were guests still waiting after we were eating that were there before the two of us.

Food is decent, but they haven’t gotten an order right yet in 2 years. Tonight, we went early and there were only 2 customers, but our order was still incorrect. We have a disabled family member so we usually carry out and our order is simple. I hate onion, so tonight’s mistake was fitting: onion instead of mushrooms. The famous fries were cold and old. How are they still in business?

Oreo CRÈME milkshake was stellar, but the soda machines were leaking water everywhere and it didn’t seem like the staff cares to keep it dry and clean. Puddles were forming and the rug was soaked and they just put some caution stands out. ♀️

Sorry to see like many other locations but quality and amount of food are getting worse and worse. I’ve ordered delivery and have dined in. The difference is astonishing. When ordering delivery expect half as* preparation and lack of attention to detail. Very little fries at that price is ridiculous. I remember the days when you got the cup and more now I’m lucky if I receive a full cup, just pathetic. Use caution and better off ordering inside so you can ensure you get what you pay for.

I have NEVER been somewhere so BLAND. And OMG $44 for a burger, two regular fries, two regular drinks and a “hot dog” but they don’t serve chili wtw? The gentleman who took our order didn’t seem happy to be there. It was just terrible. My child and I could’ve eaten steak for that price
