Who seasoned the meat yesterday evening or what happened to it? It was an odd orangish color and it was seasoned terribly. Brassy and strong. Not at all Taco Bell meat or flavor. I had two items and I threw both away. I won’t crave Taco Bell or have it locally again.

Ordered at drive thru and got home missing part of order chulpla craving box and they didn’t put the chulpla in bag of food tried to call and they aren’t answering the phone. Make sure if you go to check your food before you leave.

I don’t understand how this particular Taco Bell has even a 3.7 because it’s pretty mediocre. Almost every time I’ve gotten a burrito from this location, the burrito was either poorly filled as far as the distribution of topping, missing atleast one ingredient, and/or made with the wrong ingredients.

Drove all the way home and the food was completely wrong. I called back THREE times and each time they took the phone off the hook. I understand bad days because I have worked in food service but when I finally got ahold of someone and asked for a refund, the manager Heather had a really bad attitude. Not professional at all.
