Went on Valentine’s day for a heart shaped pizza with family. The place was empty. We were the only table. Waitress was rude and rolled her eyes at any questions. The name on the receipt was Haylee. She seemed miserable and was told by her manager to quit hiding in the back on her phone several times. The table was dirty, the menu was very disgusting and even the lamp shade had leftover food on it.

Went with my family and some friends. Waiter was super super nice. He asked if our kids could eat sweets, and gave us a free order of brownies. Then, to apologize for the drink situation (they had very few options and no cups, which was fine because we only wanted water), he did not charge us for drinks and even gave us a discount. He was also just very pleasant. Came back often enough to ask if we needed refills, but not so much that we felt uncomfortable. It was a great experience.

Their pizzas I believe in sometimes ovens can get too hot or ingredient or 2 can be off but when not only have I ordered an tried to give them 3 chances as well as 6 different of my family members who also complained to their so called Xtra cheese is barely any cheese ur jst getting charged for it,the pizza is mostly too dark an dry. I always ate from pizza hut in indpls but this 1 I can see why their parking lot stays empty. If just try to do everything professionally an cook it like they was cooking for their selves my family, friends an I’d be back 3x wk.

The pizza was actually REALLY delicious this time. We went inside and sat down. Usually I’m not a fan of pizza hut at all, but this time I was. For the pizza to taste the best it can, go inside and sit down. Takeout pizza hut isn’t the best. I actually ate the crust this time. Applause to the cooks for doing their best.

This Pizza Hut location has consistently delivered above standard customer service AND delicious pizza AND yummy boneless wings. Each month, my child receives a coupon from her school to redeem for a free personal pizza. Their reading program is one of the most rewarding services they have. The food has really went down hill and the prices for what they charge you aren’t worth it for the quality of quantity. Cheese sticks were hard and way over seasoned and the medium pizzas were super small.
