They never answer their phones at this location . I had called the whole drive there and even stood in their non-busy lobby while calling them . I had one person in front of me and the person who had the phone was just standing around. Not even working. I literally watched the employee that had the phone look at it and put it down . (3xs) This is extremely horrible service. I strongly recommend some type of supervision there and hope you all fix that problem.

The pizza is always delicious, the staff (for the most part) is always friendly, and the service is prompt. Other than not honoring my “light sauce” request, I can’t say anything bad about them. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Normally good is great but I always do pizza. Order the new melt and mozzarella sticks and both were lukewarm at best. Sticks were soggy and melt had cooled off to the point the bottom was wet after being in the togo box which as a former restaurant manager means it had the chance to cool off. I’m 5 minutes from home and pizzas are always hot or close to eat. Plus, I pulled right when the app told to me to. Gave me a 30 minute pick-up time so if it was ready earlier it should still be hot from the warmer. I thought the melt box wasn’t hot but was late and I was hungry so I just wanted to get home. I should’ve checked but pizzas are always hot so I didn’t. Won’t get either again. I’ll stick with pizza

We went to order at Bailey Ave but the young lady asked if we had placed our order and we had not so she said they were not taking anymore orders and said they were closed so i called Maywood Mart pizza hut and they gladly took my order and was busy as ever when we arrived but was diligently working getting orders out so fast we only had to wait about 10 minutes upon arrival. I immediately saw my name across the board showing ready. The pizza was hot and correct. Thanks Maywood Pizza Hut.

The and customer service was terrible food old, dry, and burnt the lady did speak up that was it I’m paying for my food on one side of the counter nd she walked off I’m like okay didn’t get a recipe or none when I step back it was food on the other in of the counter I didn’t see her so Ik it’s not mines she walked back up nd was like this your food I’m okay I should check it cause I was so disappointed with what I saw

Both of the pizzas were really doughy. The was literally little to no marinara sauce on the pizzas. The wings were overly expensive and really soggy. I don’t mind paying for what I want but I feel as if I got ripped off. I don’t know if all of the employees were new or not but this was literally the worst order that I’ve ever received. I was literally so disappointed in the order that I didn’t call to complain because I know that they wouldn’t have better served me. I wouldn’t recommend Pizza Hut to anyone, my family didn’t even eat the meal their exact words were we should’ve chosen a dine In restaurant. If I had to rate this I would give it zero stars.

After my experience tonight, I’m disappointed. Usually they are great! I had to wait 45 minutes until 5 o’clock for them to be able to deliver. That’s fine. When they left because I didn’t leave my gate code, I had to return to the store. Good thing I did. I ordered an order or garlic Parmesan wings along with an order of hot wings which had NO SAUCE on either of them. All items were cold and not fresh whatsoever. Extremely disappointed!!
