We ordered lunch today for 3 that was a sub in a tub and two regular subs. The sub in a tub had maybe a tablespoon of lettuce and very little meat and cheese and the subs had very little meat and hardly any lettuce or toppings. For $51 I would expect better and won’t waste my money again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, Quinton, the cook, is the star of the show, that man throws down on the grill, and makes an amazing sandwich. Plus, he is a super nice guy, always willing to help, and make sure customers get exactly what they want!

In a sandwich place far across town there was a boy who was hungry after a late night out. With a dream and an empty stomach he found himself inside a dreamy place called Jersey Mikes. Not many words can describe this magical place other than welcoming and loving. There, he found myself ordering one of their scrumptious subs. Every bite he took out of that sub was filled with the scrumptious ingredients from the “Super Sub” (#5 on menu). He left that magical place named Jersey Mikes, not only with a full belly, but with a smile from ear to ear and a fabulous experience. That little boys name was JM, and that was me 30 minutes ago. Never had Jersey Mike’s, and maybe others are better, but this was the worst sandwich place I’ve ever been to. There were 3 people working there, 1 lady who looked like the manager. The guy took my order, and started making it when the lady came up to him and started getting onto him like he was a small child. Not sure what the issue was, but she was talking to him for 5+ minutes about how he was holding everything up by not making other sandwiches. Meanwhile, she was holding up the whole line of several people.

I live over on this side of town, so when JM’s opened up I had to stop in just based on convince. Everyone was great in there. They greeted me when I walked in, asked me how my day was going, even had a small conversation for a second. They made my sub how I like it and even the manager stepped in to help bag up my things for me. Definitely a great experience overall. Will be back for sure. Keep up the good work guys.

We’ve been here twice & both great experiences. First time was to get a gluten free sub & the girl who made it was so careful to avoid cross contamination. Today they were SLAMMED and getting beat up. The manager- I’m assuming? blonde hair with glasses, was rocking it out and making sure everything was taken care of. Everyone was great & very polite. They definitely deserve a raise!

Been using JM for the 10 years(originally from NJ). I love their food, but especially love their reliable Customer Service. The staff in all of the states (10+ visits between Georgia and New Jersey, many road trips home) I’e visited is consistent and incredibly trained.

Don’t order on the mobile app. Spent over $50 on sandwiches and left a tip on the app. All the sandwiches were made wrong and all the sandwiches were missing items. I guess if you’re going to use this location you have to go inside and supervise the process to make sure you get what you paid for.

Horrible service manager nasty attitude and customer service the employees don’t even pay attention to you when tell him what u want on your food another customer came in while I was getting my food they were rude to him.. will not be back…that was my second time visiting that location also if you want good sub and customer service go to the one @ Thomas cross road location smh and they prices went up with poor burnt bacon‼️ wow
