STAY AWAY!!!!! I Tried this restaurant a few times and it was average at best. The latest time I ordered my entire family vomited after eating. I called to let the restaurant know and was treated bad over the phone. The person over the phone was argumentative and very defensive. Extremely unprofessional. So in short, if you enjoy vomiting and digestive discomfort then eat at Boston Road China.

Good place good food, the workers were nice and really friendly! This is my first time ordering here and surely will not be the last! I gotta say the women in the phone is not being mean or yelling that’s how Chinese normally speaks! It might sound like she’s mad or stuff but she just want to speak louder so you can hear her voice!

I gave them a few chance and ordered for 3rd time here. My phone is always more than an hour late. I was literally a seven minute drive from them. For all that I could’ve just ordered something from the other side of the Bronx and it’ll get here faster. Bad service. Said it will be here in 20 minute , those 20 minutes turn into 40. If you are busy don’t take no more orders !!!

This Chinese food store don’t deserve any stars period. They are very rude. Myself and a friend of mine went there, we sat down trying to figure out what we wanted to eat and along comes another daily customer who’s there on a daily basis and we were in his “seat” that he sits every time he orders from them. They immediately kicked us out of the store being that we were not quick enough to put an order anything on their menu. I would never step foot in that Chinese store again. Very rude customer service.

Quick Chinese bite. Be careful.. While waiting for your food you will end up SMELLING like u have had yourself roasted on a grill. No matter your Cologne.. The only solution will be to go back home to take a shower and change your clothes completely. in summary, call for delivery do not wait to pick up/grab and go. Double check their fried chicken… Most times it is rotten and a desperate attempt to respice, recoat in flour and refry may be observed. I am a foodie, and I know an overnight or two night chicken ANYDAY. Sometimes Chinese takeouts think we are not observant but I AM ..
