Came in to pick up my order and it was wrong. A delivery guy fixed it when the lazy woman working the oven just flat out couldn’t care less. I then asked the manager to remake the 1 thing that was right since it was going to be 10-15 minutes long now and he said no that it was on a warmer and wouldn’t get cold. I left. Go somewhere else

I ordered a pick up order Jasmine helped me. She is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to get pizza from the pizza was excellent everything was perfect I love this place and they always have great coupons if you look. They are kind of tucked away so it’s hard to see if you’re going down the road and then you’re not familiar with this area but I guarantee it that they’re onPoint and focused on customer service and great pizza.

I walked in and could visibly see 3 people working. Two of the 3 could see me and neither said anything. One was on her phone and the other was working. I watched as my cheesy bread almost fell off the belt but was barely caught by the worker who was so busy on her phone. Just do better.

This has been “my” Domino’s for 12+ years. They’ve always done such a great job, until recently. I love Domino’s pizza, but twice in a row now our order has gone completely wrong. Once they fully refunded (thank you), tonight I just had to cancel (2+ hrs to get pizza delivered?!?!). I’m sad, I will miss them.

The staff is unprofessional and rude to begin with. They were vocal about my hundred dollar bill possibly being fake right in front of me, and then didn’t have change all of a sudden. So, I went next door and got change with no problem. I ordered delivery from this location once, and my pizza’s slices were tossed around inside the box as if the box was dropped. The store answered the phone once, then hung up on me every time I called regarding my concern again. After contacting customer service, the manager of the store finally called me back and said a refund was being issued. The refund was never issued. Whoever is managing this location disregards customer service altogether.

I asked for extra pepperoni and extra cheese but it had way to much red sauce which made the pizza really sloppy and flimsy so if you order from 15th street make sure they go light on sauce.

Better pizza than most pizza delivery places however prices are a little higher than other places. I can say that you get what you pay for however and each bite is worth it. Careful with delivery, make sure your instructions are clear or they may forget things such as sauce.
