Waited about an hour for food in lobby. Nobody in lobby out of maybe 30 people had food after waiting all this time. Asked for a refund and we got told “we don’t know how to give a refund”

Normally have no problem but went this morning and it was bad. There was one car at the speaker and then me. I sat there and had my window down and could hear that it took about 5 minutes for someone to take the order of that car. Then when it was my turn took another 5 minutes to order. Pull forward, pay and leave because I was now running late for an appointment. I had ordered a mountaineer and got NO hashbrown on the sandwich literally the only reason I get that one. Guess moral of the story is ALWAYS stop and check your food.

Walked inside and felt like I was in my grandma’s house, super cozy and inviting. Lady at the register was THE sweetest and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was good. Food was priced wonderfully and SO so good, amazing portions, hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious. Cannot express enough how happy I am to finally have experienced a Biscuit World and have it exceed expectations

The woman working today was doing it all but cooking, very welcoming, explained the menus and my options. While also running the drive through, doing it with great customer service, delivering food to the tables and cleaning them afterwards. I had the chicken pot pie and while the portions were decent, it tasted very good but would’ve liked to see more than one distinguishable piece of chicked. Well done, I’ll be coming back.

Today was the first time that we have ever been here. I’m not a huge breakfast food eater but they also have hamburgers and chicken. It’s a darling smaller restaurant and the food was so good. Yes we will be going back. Oh, the biscuits are scrumptious.

This is probably the worst Tudor’s. The biscuits are always underbaked and pale. Their apples aren’t cooked well either. They actually crunch when you bite into them. I ordered a traditional apple biscuit expecting a sliced biscuit filled with soft gooey apples. What I got was a travesty. Such a disappointment. A pale biscuit with half cooked apples thrown on top. Terrible. I’m still giving three stars because even half cooked, underbaked, skimpy on the sauce Tudor’s is better than no Tudor’s at all.

Last Sunday I was having lunch date with fiance and while we were ordering our food we had some coupons. After my date ordered it was my time to tell them what I wanted! So I did and the women who looked to be in here mid 60s with long hair and kinda short looked at me and said bluntly what’s wrong with your voice? I said nothing why? She said it just sounds weird! I’ve never met this person in my life and I was baffled on why and what made her say such disrespect to say that! The person I was with said oh maybe it’s allergies? I said No I don’t have any! Then she rolled her eyes and shook her head! She shouldn’t be upfront if she doesn’t know how to be pleasant with people and not insulting them!
