I hate to be this person, really, but I have photos. My fiance picked me up 2 orders of fried wonton with meat and I’m so disappointed. I should’ve just cooked us dinner Most of my wontons had little to even no meat at all. This tells me as a customer, this business is cheap, untrustworthy, and they could care less about my business just my money. They will not get our business again, and I hope this review helps someone else spend their money more wisely lol or at least avoid the wontons.

I love the food here always fresh…looking for good Chinese food ” please come here first ” there no doubt you will return .” They care about quality” you can taste it in every meal they prepare.

I have been eating at Uncle Poons for almost 30 years and their quality of food and level of customer service has remained consistent the whole time. I love the quote “if it isn’t broke than don’t fix it.” I don’t give it a second thought where to go when I want Chinese Food.

Food is typically pretty good but not the cleanest atmosphere. Boxes & supplies & used drinks scattered everywhere. Plus our last visit there one of the employees was in the lobby eating ,playing on their phone, coughing etc. then walked straight back to the kitchen and went back to cooking & packing orders. Never washed his hands. Luckily my order was done by someone else or I would’ve cancelled.

Hot and Sour Soup, Wonton Soup, Lo mein, egg rolls. Enough said. Want Orange Chicken? Maybe try going to Panera Express or something.

Other than my husband getting the wrong meal (didn’t know until we got home, was takeout), food was closest to what I know to be Chinese takeout! The restaurant seating area is small and not inviting.

Good variety. If u want simple for less $: ABS Asian seafood market, 581 Magnolia st is better. Kitchen is open 1 – 430 pm.
