I just got hm to eat a 10.99 pizza deal w crazy bread & also bought wings & a 2lt. of Root Beer….Almost $35.00 worth to have pizza that is very old & hard and crust is harder then a rock I would recommend everybody to check their pizza before they leave or before they pay…. NEVER AGAIN will i buy from the Little Caesars on SE Central closer to Eubank…

This Little Caesars Pizza is always busy, and the wait times are always long because it is so popular. I hesitate using the app on my phone to order ahead of time because, most of the time, the estimated time for my order is always incorrect and I end up waiting a lot longer for my order to be ready. There was even a time when the employee informed me that she was the only one working and my order wasn’t even in the oven yet. Since I had prepaid I was forced to wait a long time for my order to be ready. Since they do not have the ability to update the estimated time on the app, I never know how long I will have to wait and it makes it feel like an eternity. Other than that, the place is always clean and the employees are always friendly. There is no dine in option so you either stand inside and wait (there are no chairs available so it is standing room only) or wait in your car and guess whether or not your food is ready for pickup. I do love there Hot n’ Ready option. It is cheap and fast but if you want to order anything else, like a specialty pizza you will have to wait longer for it to be ready. With all that said, their food is delicious and I will wait for my order because it is worth it.

Walked in & was told be right there. I ordered. I asked if I could go thru drive thru when pizza is done. He asked what I was driving & said he’d bring it out when it was done. Very good customer service and friendly.
