I am a nationwide customer for the east coast region. Max did not handle himself appropriately when confronted about the lack of service provide when making the bowl correctly. There needs to be more base and fruit to complete the bowl, proper measuring was needed for todays experience. I purchase on average 3 bowls a week across many locations. This location did not effectively create a playa bowl experience.

The food is great but I just drove over 30 minutes each way in traffic to come here because I’ve been craving it for days and they’re supposed to close at 5 but they were closed when I got there at 4:31. I really really wanted my bowl and now I’m so frustrated I not only don’t get that but I wasted over an hour of my life and gas and had to deal with stressful and anxiety-inducing traffic for nothing. It’s also what got me up and out of my apartment today which I can’t always do so you can imagine how I feel.

I love a good breakfast and how good I feel at playa bowls with my delicious “Coco Craze” I love the food they have to the point that I visit their locations in Colorado and NY as well!

I’ve been to this location 3 days in a row for these bowls… It’s been my new favorite mid day treat! The staff here have all been very friendly and super helpful with recommendations… The 2 flavors I’ve had have been ones they suggested I try.. and I’ve been loving it!!

This location is so iffy, it’s ridiculous. There have been many days when I’m craving an açaí bowl and this location is closed. The hours on google never reflect the locations actual availability. While I live walking distance from the shop, I’ve made the choice to just go to the Peachtree Corners location because they are more reliable.

Been here a few times and haven’t found my favorite. Everything taste bitter. Love the customer service except the last time I visited.. no one greeted me just stared. Tried a bowl, juice and smoothie and all slightly bitter. Would go again as a second choice. If bitter fruit and granola are fixed.. would be great!

First of all, the açaí bowls are subpar tasteless. The young gentleman checking me out made fun of my name to his coworkers, which is very childish. How old are we? 15? I would like to see more mature employees with an understanding of different culture’s. I won’t be coming back due to the lack of customer service and quality. Won’t recommend.

Playa bowl never disappoints! Shout out to the young lady with the braids and braces who took my order, she was super sweet just like my pitaya bowl just a heads up, this location closes at 5pm so get there early!
