I ordered a large pizza and wings, totaling over $50 which included a delivery fee, and I gave a tip of $5. After an hour and a half, I never got the pizza. I called them and they said that the driver probably delivered it to the wrong house and that they used doordash for delivery. They offered to remake it again and get it to me tonight or they could send me the order on another day. They did not offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. So I had them refund my money. I will never use Papa John’s again. I usually would order one to two pizzas a month from this store. This is absolutely the worst service that I’ve ever received.

I called in an order for carry out on a Friday evening, which turned out to be very busy. Despite the high volume they had my pizza ready very quickly. Unfortunately, they got one of the two wrong (both were supposed to be stuffed crust, one wasn’t). That was a real bummer, especially at the price. Both were hot, fresh and delicious (love the garlic butter and pepperoncinis, too) so, whatever, I guess… It’s all good.

Last night I ordered 2 medium e topping pizzas 1 chicken wing order and 4 2liters of soda pop at 4:31 pm. My food said it was on its way at 5:07 but didn’t arrive until 5:35 pm. Worst part was cold hard toppings on my 2 pizzas. Top exposed parts of chicken was dehydrated and hard like day old pizza or pizza that had been sitting in a car for 45 minutes without the heat on. I paid $60 for everything. Please refund my delivery fee and tax and pizza costs

Not the worst experience. Not the best. I ordered online. And then called in asking for buffalo swirls on my pizzas, since online doesn’t list that as an option to put. Last three times I’ve called asking for the swirls, I’ve been told no problem. And then received my pizzas with no buffalo swirls. It’s just kinda annoying honestly. The pizzas don’t taste bad. But considering how expensive papa John’s is, comparing to other pizza joints, and they can never seem to make the pies right. It just never seems worth it.. I hardly order papa John’s for a reason. Over priced and customers requests no matter how simple can’t seem to be honored.

Worst place to order from. Left me and my children sitting at the dinner table waiting for pizza. When I called they told me that they went to a dentist office to deliver my pizza, but that was not my address. Rude management, didn’t even try to fix their mistake. Will never use their services again. I will stuck to pizza hut who actually know how to follow directions to get someone their food. (BTW they never left the store to deliver because I put that I will pay cash instead of card)
