Told us it would be 20 minutes for extra crispy. Then came to our table and offered us one extra crispy breast and one original because the car in drive thru ordered a bucket of crispy after us so they ran out. Then they forgot to change the wing to a leg and when we went back up for the leg, there was no crispy in that either. So we got one crispy for both of us in a 3 piece meal because drive thru apparently took precedence.

When we walked in the restaurant it looked very clean. We arrived right after the dinner rush. We were promptly greeted by a very pleasant smiling young lady. While ordering my three year old stuck off. She went to a table and left her glasses and headband. She was back to my side before I knew she was gone. As soon as I noticed her headband wasn’t on her head. I started looking around the counter, and the manager knew right away what I was looking for. She was on it!! The food was hot and fresh. The BBQ tenders taste amazing!! By the time we got our drinks the food was ready. Fast, friendly service with quality food, and a clean atmosphere sums up my experience!!

Love this KFC. They are always really fast about getting your orders to you. Sometimes a little too fast and they leave things out. So I always go in and order even if I’m taking it home just so I know I got everything I paid for. Other than that the food is always hot and delicious.
