We have ordered thousands of dollars in food from these guys – catering/lunches/family meals etc. I was treated so rudely last week that it left me scratching my head. I was calling in an order just after 6:30 knowing that they close at 7. I asked for a certain dish and the person on the phone said something indistinguishable back to me. So I thought I would just repeat the item. He then snapped at me that there is not enough time to make it and that he was very busy. The tone was not one of good customer service. I had to ask my wife what she wanted instead so I said I would call back. I really didn’t want to call them back but I was talked into it. I placed the new order and picked it up. I questioned the person that took the order – knowing who it was due to all of the orders of the past. I informed him that he was very rude to me and I really was disappointed. He gave what was more of an excuse than an apology. He then started lecturing me on how he didn’t have time to make the dish (which I already had accepted no problem) while speaking over me. He then acted like my business didn’t matter. He said it’s fine if I don’t come back in so many words. We have spent so much money there and to be treated like that to me, is inexcusable.

Very enjoyable place, clean, and nice variety of food. I went with a few friends, we all enjoyed our meals. Portions were very generous, salad combinations were interesting and tasty, and prices were very reasonable for tasty fresh food. We ate our meal at the very convenient public picnic area on Rock road (little alley between two buildings).
