Stopped in to Hot Head for a quick lunch. Callie was very helpful in making suggestions as to what sauces would go well with my pork bowl. Love their sweet habanero sauce. The serving portion is huge. I will easily get 2 lunches out of my meal. A bit pricey, but the burrito bowl I had was very good.

The young woman with blonde braids who made mine and my father’s sandwiches was an absolute sweetheart and she was very personable when we asked questions! Do whatever you can to keep her, she’s such an angel! Got home and ate my burrito and it was the greatest Mexican food I’ve ever eaten! Anyone who says Chipotle is better is on something. ♀️

Usually very good experience here. My wife and I came in and ordered to go. We both asked for extra white rice as usual and got skimped. Looked like less than normal but let it slide. We get to the register and find out they now charge $1 for extra rice?!? Really for Rice. Never been charged before for extra rice. Looks like we will be strictly going to Chipotle now. This place is limiting portions and Nickle ‘n diming now.

It’s was good. Our first time was looking at the menu and they seemed in a hurry to serve nobody was behind us otherwise I would understand the rush to serve. The the quesadilla was small and was not worth the price.

Yum, yum, yum!!! Its like Chipotle but with more options. I really liked the sauces they had available. It was Taco Tuesday, so I had one each of three different tacos. Everything was fresh and tasty. I was SO excited when I called and they said they cook with canola (I’m allergic to soybean, and most restaurants in my part of Northeast Ohio cook with soybean oil). I’m DEFINITELY going back for more.

My family and I love to eat here in fact we drive 40mins to do so. Today I said we are going to brunswick to avoid dealing with the rude guy from strongsville and there he was. This guy (Chris) he is the worst, he’s rude and has no skills with customer service. There was one time my son and I went to strongsville after church to get food for our whole family which we normally spend anywhere from 60-100 dollars each time we go and he had the nerve to tell me I need to order online next time for this size order. Well I’m sorry sir my son and I just came from church and we live 40 mins away I’m not ordering online. This man really makes my blood boil and I tried avoiding him and had to deal with his rudeness again anyways. I feel sorry for the poor staff that have to work with him as they can’t even try to be friendly to customers because he is over their shoulders and creating this toxic environment. I know I’m not alone in my feelings about this guy, many have said the same. Hopefully you do something about this guy Chris, he’s bad for business. Without him you would definitely be a 5 star.
