20230519 Im back for more pork rib soup 20230414 20230216 Have been craving for the pork rib soup all week. Delicious! The waitress was polite! Im stuffed!!! 20221223 My friend, who is Korean, always finds all kind of yummy Korean restaurants, and after he taste-tested them, he would invite me to go with him. Today, we decided to go to Abbaee Soondae, and I am so glad that we did. Their food is delicous. I ordered the pork rib, and first sip of the soup, I can taste the pork rib in the broth. The broth has so much flavor, and there was so much meat and port ribs in the bowl. I love that the broth was still bubbling when it was being served. I also tried the broth of the soup my friend ordered, and it was on the lighter side comparing to the pork rib broth, and it was still very good. The different sausages was interesting. Like the one with the rice most because the texture was smoother. The other 2 sausages has a rough feel because of the ingredients in the sausages. I will definitely come back again. The prices are also reasonable, comparing to Biden’s inflation prices that are impacting all businesses and supply chain.

I drove down from PA to this restaurant on the weekend and had what was by far the best Sundae & Sundae soup I have ever had in US. I thought I would never find good quality Sundae outside of South Korea but I was wrong. It is very authentic and high quality Sundae just like back in Korea, great service, and very reasonable price for all menu items! It was definitely worth the 3 hour drive to this restaurant and I would absolutely go back there again!

It is one of the most authentic Korean food places in the area. Their Soondae is good, but Tonkatsu is better. They should rename their name to Abbaee Tonkatsu. All other menus are great, too.

The food was okay, but the service needs to be worked on. The staff seemed to force us to tip more than we usually would. It’s only the two of us, and they made us feel guilty for not leaving a larger tip, even though the service was subpar. This behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for the customer. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The minimal service, mediocre food, and pushiness toward tipping make for a poor dining experience. Restaurants need to understand that they should earn their tips through excellent service and not try to force customers to pay more than they feel appropriate.

Soondae tastes and smells like plastic/vinyl wrapper. I canceled one of my orders quickly after placing it. The owner came to our table, complained, and gave me a face. What a bad experience.

I wish we had this in Maryland. People need to stop complaining because you can’t get better soondae anywhere else in the DMV area.

Food looked and tasted good.. until I found something crawling. There was an ant inside of my Togo box. (I ordered through Uber Eats) By the time I saw this, I was already half way through with my food.. so at that point I just hoping that there was no other insects that I could’ve missed.
