This place never disappoints. Amazing food, pastries, cakes, cookies and more. Nothing is bad here. Great specials and delicious food! Totally worth a drive out in the “country”! Can’t miss items: biscuit bombs, any of the cakes, chicken sandwich, tenderloin and gravy biscuit (you can also get that on a biscuit bomb!). Such a wonderful family-run business that gives you exceptional service and food to match! I wish it was closer to me but am also glad it’s not as I would gain too much weight from eating all of it!

We stopped for lunch on a Saturday. They have a pretty large, gravel lot. We waited in line for about 20 minutes. As you proceed thru line there is a plethora of baked goods for your perusal. You are stronger than me if you can make it thru without picking up something. Once we ordered it took about 5-6 minutes and our number was called. Once your number is called you go back up to the counter to pick up your food. Plasticware is at the yellow cabinet. My husband and I shared blueberry pancakes, which were very good without syrup and reminded me of funnel cake. They are very big and fluffy! The cheesy grits were also great. A wonderful consistency and no clumps. We shared a piece of key lime cheesecake at the end which was delicious! There are rows of large tables and you sit in any empty seat. There are two single bathrooms which means you may have to wait for the bathroom. The kids area was popular with the kids! There are a lot of rocking chairs on the front porch.

Farmer and the Dail is a bakery located in Snow Hill, NC. This is the perfect shop for the ultimate sweet tooth and more! This Bakery offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for the whole Family. For my Wedding day we purchased desert trays and they were a big hit. My Family has eaten here on several occasions and the food is always on point. There is something for everyone here. I recommend the biscuit bombs, the fresh donuts, and the coffee!

The food was amazing and the cake slices are worth the money, they are huge slices, I would definitely recommend this place for lunch and they have the famous NC cheese biscuits.

This place is a hidden gem. The menu is focused on breakfast foods and baked goods. Open limited hours, so plan accordingly. I got a breakfast biscuit called “The Swanson”, and by heaven it lived up to the name.

Farmer and the Dail located in Snow Hill North Carolina. Friend of mine told me about this place a couple of years ago. We drive from Wilson to Pine Knoll shores quite a bit and decided to check them out. They’re well known for their biscuit bombs. I personally love the bacon bomb. If you can imagine a biscuit ball with a ton of bacon and some awesome hoop cheese explosion in your mouth. They have some awesome cakes, apple, peach (and other) turnovers and all kinds of other delicious stuff. Again my favorite is the biscuit bomb. I heard the grits are awesome. By the way you can get the biscuit bombs frozen to take home and cook at your convenience. Our last visit was a bit disappointing there was not a lot of people there and we had to wait a bit longer than we should have. Apparently there is a bit of disconnect with the person putting together our order. But overall great food and a cool place to checkout, eat and hang out!
