Joselyn was very warm and welcoming right from the beginning! Very quiet and quaint place with no unnecessary frills. Just good food. The flavor is incredible and you can tell it was fresh and clean. Absolutely the best burger and fries I have EVER had! Basic and simply but packing a punch. You can tell Joselyn absolutely cares and loves what shes doing there! I will absolutely be back!!

We ate at Pleasant Counter yesterday and the food was absolutely incredible! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. My boyfriend had the shrimp po boy and said it was incredible as well. Very friendly service. We will definitely be back!

This little place is absolutely amazing!! Very friendly service and wonderful food. I had the chicken sandwich and fries for lunch. I had to do a take out order to get back to work and shared some of the fries with a couple of coworkers who all loved them. The chicken sandwich was just to good to share. I even went back and got my son the smash burger and fries for dinner. He has officially declared this his favorite burger in NWA. Both items and the fries were amazing!! Definitely will be going back!

Hidden gem! Great little spot with delicious food and superb customer service. I had the smash burger and fries and they were out if this world. I wish I had made room for the strawberry pie. The couple next to me ordered one and it looked amazing and they couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. I will definitely get one next time. I highly recommend without hesitation.

Cute place, kind and friendly staff. And the food!!! Everything was 10/10. The salad was so crisp and refreshing! We also had the beef stew and the fried chicken sandwich. Both were perfectly done.. I’m not sure what seasonings were used for the breading and fries but holy moly they were phenomenal. I also love that this restaurant supports our local farmers and ranchers and focuses on sustainability. They are everything a restaurant should be in my opinion. I will most definitely be back!
