Let’s Meat Steakhouse was established in 2018 by John Centrella, Gabe Centrella, George Kapigian and Bob Hay. The vision was to create a unique steakhouse experience than can provide the rich tradition of a classic steakhouse, serving the finest USDA dry-aged steaks, premium seafood and Italian specialties to our guests in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. To accomplish this, we have assembled an outstanding staff and use only the finest ingredients and food products.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday here. All the appetizers were outstanding! The grilled octopus and coconut shrimp were my fave. Unfortunately we happened to go on Ash Wednesday so I wasn’t able to try their steaks. But the beets salad was very lite and refreshing. Will be going back to try their ribeye!

I have been to this restaurant several times and enjoyed. However my experience tonight was horrible. The wait for service was very long but we were understanding as we know restaurants are short staffed. I ordered lobster and it arrived and the meat was black We spoke to management and they agreed that there was an issue and took off bill. Since they did the right thing we chalked it up to things happen which is outside the control of restaurant We continue with meal and ordered desserts after waiting 20 mins for dessert and being asked by the valet to get our car we canceled dessert. Again management was apologetic to our face but then spoke badly about us to staff I’m not sure what changed for this restaurant but the quality is not what it was. Please think twice before going here

Went here for my birthday last night and wow, is this a truly spectacular place. The food was just beyond delicious. We had the bacon steak which was out of this world along with the calamari…so yum! Their old fashioned was perfect and we got the ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. And the atmosphere was amazing and the service was great. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for the best cooked meat around! Thank you all for an incredible night!

Went tonight for an early dinner reservation without the kids and we were beyond impressed with not only the service and staff but also the food! Staff from front was so attentive and knowledgeable of all the options for both food and drinks offering his suggestions. Our server Deanna and her helper were also amazing ! Deanna offered her suggestions and even asked the chef if they could omit an item off a dinner option I wanted ! I’m so glad she did bc I was in love with the homemade pappardelle!! We started with the octopus and calamari and both were fresh and delicious ! Even the bread was so fresh and good! I’m so glad we came and thankful for a staff who truly took the time to make you feel welcomed and appreciated ! Will defly be back again soon to try other items off the menu !

Great ambiance! Server was knowledgeable and super friendly! Apps were delicious, steaks were cooked well; the crab cakes had a little too much mustard seeds. We are from Maryland and the crab cakes can’t really compare. Overall, great dining experience!

I cannot express how disappointed my husband and I are at this restaurant after today’s experience. Have you ever had a rotten steak at the steakhouse? I have been to many steak houses here in NJ and in the city, but never had a half-rotten steak in my life, as my son described it as bitter and sour after having one bite of the porter house steak at this restaurant. Shouldn’t so-called steakhouse bring out the best quality steak when the porterhouse costs Manhattan price like $119?? I brought my young pre-teen son to the steakhouse for the first time because he wanted to try the high-quality steak for his birthday treat. However, supposed-to-be the medium-well steak was overcooked, but also the steak itself was slightly rotten to his taste. I was surprised to taste it rotten and bitter as well, but I didn’t want to ruin his birthday dinner by complaining to the waiter/chef. So I figured that only way I can let others know about this horrible restaurant experience is through google review.

If one word can describe the food of this place, HEAVY. This burger came with everything but my god it was sopping with oil, way way waaay too much oil. Even the fries felt insanely HEAVY. Not light crisp and airy at all. Not saying the taste isn’t good but if you are looking for a HEAVY and oil induced burger and fries, this place takes #1 winner. Also gave me unnecessary food poisoning later on. I’m sure this place can improve on how much oil goes into their food. Next time I’ll just bring my rag drenched in oil and wring it out over the burger. Gordon Ramsay would say “That burger, it’s sopping like a wet dog in a pool”

Four of us went for dinner in late November and had an exceptional meal. Was my first time there and was pleasantly surprised with everything – pizza, steak, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes- everything was really good. I LOVE the salt tasting tray served alongside the steak. Nice touch. The service was excellent and all around staff were attentive. Will definitely be back.
