6/10/22-Dining room is closed due to staffing shortage. Drive thru is open. We got a #3 meal, which is 3 pc fried chicken, fries, cookie, biscuit, large drink for only $8.99. It was a great value and the food was hot and tasted good. Went back on 6/14/22 and got a 2 PC meal and a bucket of chicken with some sides. Everything was great and the service is incredibly fast. The staff is super polite. GREAT JOB!

Experience was mediocre at best, almost drove away missing half of my order luckily I checked and had to explain that there was another meal in my order, stop trying to complicate things wait until all the food is ready and hand it to the customer at the same time. The staff under-communicates as well, something along the lines of “hey here is the this meal but hang on your other meal will be right out”.

Was craving some KFC and was disappointed in the cold Mac n Cheese along with the Cole slaw that had no flavor like in the past. Something was definitely different with the chicken as well, bit it was good. Just could not figure out what has changed or if it was because food was sitting for awhile and possibly not fresh. I’ll give it another shot in a few weeks and see of anything changes

Took a coupon in and apparently this kfc was not participating in that promotion. Was told there was a 7 min wait on biscuits so they would throw in a couple pieces of chicken for the wait. When we got home we checked and we were missing our corn and no extra chicken was in the 8 pcs bucket.
