I got food from here….they just threw the food in the box like it was a project to put together. Was supposed to be a double burger only got one piece of meat that was torn in half with a piece of cheese on it. Meat was ice cold. Fries cold. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I actually did not plan on going here, but the Chick-fil-A on poplar line was too long and the staff at Popeyes were fighting, so I turned into Freddy’s. I knew they had good concrete. I was glad to find out they had great patty melts. The fries while teeny tiny also had a good flavor and crisp. The fry sauce was good. I think I’ll have to try the onion rings next time. But above all else they had my sweet tea and it was great and their staff were so polite and very well trained. Truly a rival to Chick-fil-A.

Be sure to check your order before you leave. Ordered a double bacon cheese burger and 2 jalapeno pepper jack burgers. Burgers didn’t have bacon or jalapenos… Over $10 per combo, I’d expect to get more than sauce, meat, and cheese.

The vanilla custard shake was great. The texture and flavor reminded me of eating thick whipped cream. The French fries were very thin and flavored with salt and pepper. They were very good. The hamburger wasn’t very good. The patty was extremely thin and tasteless.

I decided to give this location a try and unfortunatelyt my whole order was wrong and the way they packed everything seemed careless. My chicken sandwich seemed thrown in there, I had to put everything together again, and the cheese fries were drowning in the sauce and it was all over the bag, napkins, that it was inedible.

I visited this location on 6-6-23, enter the location the store was very dirty chairs were stacked on the table also I wasn’t greeted upon arrival, the floors were dirty, in lobby area and behind the counter area napkins were on the floor, drink station was unpresentable, The cashier had poor customer service skills. The food that I received wasn’t appealing at all. The store did have a bad odor. The worker had her child sitting in the lobby while she was working. Please fix these issues. Customer service is everything, then you could hear the workers conversation that wasn’t work related that me as a customer wanted to hear. Lastly nothing in the store on this day was appealing. Probably won’t visit this location again.

My beef about the beef hot dog is that it was about the diameter of a pencil, minus the condiments I requested. I upgraded my order to a large w/ chili +cheese fries topped w/onions. What I was hastily handed from an otherwise empty drive thru and lobby was a box of cold, shoe string fries with globs of unatural yellow cheese glue, no chili or onions. My drink was not a large, but I could taste the root beer and it was bubbly. Lately, in Memphis it seems the fast food joints have flat, watered down sodas. Thank you for curing me from wanting to throw away money on empty calories at another drive thru.

Never been before, but love the retro look, reminds me of Johnny Rockets when I was a kid. Malt was thick as all get out, and the cheese curds and burgers were on fire! Chili fries were hella good too!
