My family has been a loyal customer for a very long time-USED to be our favorite go to spot. This time around we ordered close to $100 worth of food. They got our order wrong the first time-second time they sent us very disappointing soggy “chow mien”. We know what chow mien is because like I said we have gone here for years but the manager starkly asked ‘Do you even know what chow mien is?” This is not it.. Not to mention the egg drop soup has also gone down in quality and was unable to eat because of the abundance of salt, you couldnt taste anything other than salt, resulting in THREE unappealing and poor quality dishes. While discussing the issue with the manager he was extremely unprofessional, condescending and had a very bad attitude telling me he’s going to let everyone know in the store and “leave a note” that we will never be served chow mien or low mien. I asked for a refund and the rudeness got even more condescending. I am so disappointed- the manager is extremely unprofessional and is going to run a once amazing place to eat into a wreck losing customers left and right. The picture showed is the ‘chow mien’ so unacceptable and will never return. I advise you to not waste your money, there are much more high quality places with better pricing.

Finally found our spot for family meals! Food is super tasty and the Crab Rangoons are the best I’ve had yet! Also ordered General Tso, Sweet & Sour, Beef w/Broccoli, white rice, pork fried rice and egg drop soup. Every single item was beyond delicious! Will be ordering from here often!

I wanted to like this place. I really did. I love Asian food. My husband is Asian and can throw down some great stir-fry he learned from Wok cooking via his parents from the old country. But this place was just so sad. The fried rice was mediocre at best. The hot and sour soup needed more vinegar to balance out the rest of it. And it lacked the “Hot” aka Schezuan ️ chilis to top off the lack of “Sour” aka vinegar. The other dishes were an abomination and reminded me of a bland Lean Cuisine frozen entre. The workers were nice, that much I can say. But if you want tastier Chinese quality food, go up the street to Harvest. They serve great Hunan & Schezuan Chinese dishes.

I usually love this place. But they didn’t include the only item I eat, crab rangoom, they didn’t drop our order bcus our Ring wasn’t working, and they now won’t answer my calls. We are probably done with them. Their service stinks anymore. What is going on? Finally got them on the phone, and got nonsense as a response.

The food is decent though it’s not freshly made but pre-packaged and just thrown on a wok w/some cooking oil to give the illusion that it is freshly made. It is what it is and unfortunately it’s the only place in lewisville, so beggars can’t be choosy lol.

From order to delivery took 57 mins. It was a small order. I got out to grab food from the delivery person and handed him the tip. My dog ran out and started jumping on the guy. I apologize and the guy keep standing there. He looked at the tip I gave him and said my dog scratched him. But he keep standing there and not leave. He told me to “get back in there man”. He even lift his shirt to try and show me something. He was very unhappy and rude. I was actually worried that he was about to do something. He stood there and kept staring at me. I quickly return back into my house and closed my door. My dog’s nails was just trimmed a week before. She is 40lbs, about 2.5 ft tall when standing. For My order was $21, with delivery fees $2 and tax was $25, I gave him $4 cash and he was still not happy. This is the last time I will order from this place due to bad experience from the delivery.

Been here 3 times so far. Love the food. On our last trip there was a strange taste with the sesame chicken, turned out the chef mistaking forgot to add sugar to the sauce, but he was very polite and made things right by making us new dishes. Extremely friendly people.
