Pizza has more bubbles per square inch then the crust that is supposed to be there. This is not Domino’s standards by any stretch. Purchased for my 3 year old and he won’t even eat it. This store needs serious guidance.

I’ve never had an issue with this location except waiting a little longer than expected to get my food via carryout, but I think they just had a busy night and shorter staffed and it happened once. Food is as expected, greasy and delicious. Never got an order wrong yet.

I ordered online as I was offered a free pizza, which was very flattering! It sent me the name of the person , Neviah, who was personally making the pizza and Olivia, who was delivering it. It was so cool. I was waiting at the end of my drive in my car as Olivia pulled up. Totally perfect experience. Pizza and lava cakes were amazing, and I and two friends ended up having a super delicious meal in her shady backyard! Thank you Domino’s for the gift of a free pizza! I was sure to tip my driver generously! My friend asked how I got a free pizza, and I told her I had received an email saying I was missed, and the pizza truly was free with no strings attached. The quality of the service has gone downhill over the last year or so. Two times I’ve visited in the last month or so. Both times had to wait well over 10 minutes past when my tracker said the food was ready and come inside to get it. This last time there were 3 other customers waiting for their food also. One was a “guaranteed” carside delivery who came in twice while I was waiting on there. I’m betting that family is a lost customer for life.

Tried ordering a pizza Friday night 7-14-23 at midnight, in the middle of my online order their system shuts down, tried calling to order at this point it was 12:20a.m. and no one answered……really…..do better…I was less than 5 min away from your building right across from cheif….all I wanted was a large pizza….this is why I never get food from you guys

We recently moved to defiance and was so excited to see a domino’s again. Our hometown hadn’t had one in years. This place has not let us down! The pizza is amazing. Use the coupons online and you can’t beat the deals! Staff is always very professional.
